Nearing the end of my 50’s decade, I am ready to embark on a new adventure in a new town.  At the present time I am unemployed and working on several areas of interest, one being my love of cooking and creating new recipes for healthy delicious food that will be timeless. I’d like to sell freshly made salad dressing here  in Asheville, along with some other products.

My husband’s job has brought us to a special place, so we’ve settled in, and love exploring nature in an area known for its natural beauty and views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.  I hope to share some of this experience and hear about others’ discoveries as well. Getting our home ready for visitors is a constant and ongoing project that I enjoy. Whether the travelers are our kids and grandchildren, or good friends from our former life in New Orleans, Atlanta, Orlando, or Columbia, Missouri, my husband and I always find time to get the fire going and the kitchen hyped up for maximum output mode. Life is good.
